Over 8 years of experience directing and coaching hundreds of youth soccer athletes in Fairfield County.

Former D-1 college-recruited athlete.

Former Norwalk High School Varsity Soccer Player (4 years, 2-year starter, Senior captain).

USSF licensed coach

NASM certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Experience as Head Coach of Premier club soccer teams ages U12-U16.
Private Training
With hundreds, if not thousands of touches on the ball, Jose's personalized 1-on-1 sessions focus on improving key soccer skills such as first touch, dribbling, passing, and shooting.
Training sessions will target your strengths as well as enhance your weaknesses to develop a better all-around player.
Little to no travel needed as sessions can be done in your yard or nearby field!
Group Training
Soccer is a team-sport so training with other players is a must!
Group Training is an amazing way to add in competitive drills to help bring the best out of each player during every session.
There is also more variety to drills and the ability to work on small-scale game scenarios such as 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, etc.
Little to no travel needed as sessions can be done in your yard or nearby field!
Performance training
To be the best athlete you can be, you need a solid foundation even from a young age!
